About Royal College of Healthcare
Since 1997, Royal College of Healthcare (formerly Learning Partnerships Australia) has been sought after by leading aged care providers to provide quality training, education, and consultancy advice. We deliver nationally recognised training and are registered through the Queensland Department of Education, Training and the Arts as a Registered Training Organisation (“RTO”). We endeavour to exceed the minimum requirements of our registration and maintain a very high focus on quality outcomes.
We are especially choosy when it comes to staff selection. Our trainers and assessors have all worked extensively in aged care, bringing a wealth of experience in designing and managing quality systems, as well as in designing and delivering training within aged care settings.

Anne Bannister, Director
“I truly believe that a society can be measured by the way it treats our most vulnerable people, especially the aged. I believe in this so much, that I bought the company.”
Since purchasing Royal College of Healthcare in 2007, Anne has re-energised the organisation’s focus on its key operations – aged care training. Prior to Royal College of Healthcare, Anne was the national College Manager of the training division of ABC Learning Centres Ltd. She has an impressive track record across training management, marketing, human resources, recruitment and financial management with organisations such as Bond Recruitment, Telstra, Johnston Rorke and Ernst & Young. Anne is a Chartered Accountant (but don’t ask her anything about tax!), is married to Matt and when she is not working, she is playing with her two young children, Ruby & Finn.
